Inside the factory
Coating, printing, slitting and packing on one 3,500 m² site in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province.
Four production steps, one roof
The plant covers around 3,500 m² and holds the four stages that turn film into finished tape: coating, printing, slitting and packing. Keeping them together is what makes a custom colour or a changed adhesive practical rather than a project.
Nine machines across coating, printing, slitting, rewinding, core cutting and packing support the daily output. Because the four stages sit in sequence under one roof, a change of film, adhesive or colour is a production decision made on site rather than something we wait on from an outside supplier.
